Dan Delaney- Pianist/Teacher/Author has been active in the music scene for over 3 decades. Staying true to his commitment to performing and teaching you can follow a timeline below that will highlight some of the important years of Dans career.

  
2010- PARADISE VALLEY and GLENDALE COLLEGE
Dan has held a Faculty position at Both Glendale and Paradise Valley Colleges since his arrival to Arizona in 2003. He remains very active and commited to his teaching and was instrumental in developing the Jazz Ensemble program at PVCC which has proven to be a huge success for aspiring entry level and professional musicians.

2008- LEARN To PLAY PIANO IN SIX WEEKS OR LESS
Dan has signed Worldwide Rights with Sterling Book Publisher of New York. He is the author of “Play Piano In Six Weeks Or Less”. As a result of over 30 years of teaching brings forth his innovative approach to learning piano.

2003 The RITZ CARLTON
Upon arriving to Arizona, Dan was the house pianist at the Ritz Carlton, downtown Phoenix for many years, where he began to get seriously recognized in his new town. He now has a wonderful, musical life he has developed

2003 - The FOUR SEASONS RESORT
Dan performed regularly as the house pianist at the fabulous Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale

2000- PIANO FOR KIDS
Dan collaborated with the entire Madison Elementary School, the Principal and the art department to help Illustrate his piano program he developed for young children. A systematic approach for effective learning designed for KIDS, ages 5 and up

1995 - CD ROM - LEARN PIANO with Dan Delaney
Developed a product for worldwide distribution through Abaco Software Co. The 5 CD ROM product received wonderful reviews from the media and had great success when it first launched in 1995.

1992 - MOUNTAIN TOP MUSIC CENTER
Dan was chairman of the Piano Department and notable in the organization and startup of Mountain Top Music Center. He had served actively his entire time living in NH and touched many students young and old living in the rural resort ski town of North Conway NH.

1992- WHITE MOUNTAIN HOTEL and RESORT
Dan performed nightly as the house pianist for 11 years at the Premier Fine Dining Resort located in beautiful White Mountains of North Conway New Hampshire.

1992 - EAGLE MOUNTAIN HOUSE
Dan performed for 11 years as the house pianist at the well known Historic Resort, The Eagle Mountain House in beautiful Jackson, NH

1992- CAMP ENCORE CODA
Dan was a very prominent faculty member each summer at the elite summer music camp, CAMP ENCORE CODA. Teaching private jazz piano/lectures/clinics and also running Eldrerhostel programs. Located in Sweden Maine on a gorgeous lakeside setting. The camp catored to gifted individuals who came from all over the US seeking a high level summer learning experience.

1989 PERSONALIZED VIDEO PIANO METHOD
Dan was viewed as first in the World to develop his video piano correspondence method. He has taught students Worldwide and has been reviewed in Keyboard Magazine and other media publications.

1980 MARRIOTT HOTEL BOSTON LONG WHARF
Dan performed for the Grand Opening and was regularly featured as house pianist for many years

1975 BERKLEE COLLEGE OF MUSIC
Attended Berklee College of Music while in High School, then attended full time in 1975. Following Berklee Dan studied extensively with Jazz Greats- Paul Schmeling, Harvey Diamond, Charlie Banacos and Dick Odgren.
